In my
last post I told you guys about one of the importance of ginger. I made mine and decided to share steps...
All I used was Ginger, lemon and water, I don't want to Loose more weight, so I left the lime out of mine.

All I did was to wash my Ginger with salt, chop it before blending, sieve it add my lemon and put in my fridge.
