While in Nigeria, I don't go to Hospitals, The doctors attitude puts you off, most of them are perverts, even if you have flu, they will be asking you useless questions and will always want to finger you in the name of checking rubbish.
A blogger by name Stella advised her followers to make sure they go for their pap Smears regularly and I noticed that most women have been abused by some stupid doctors all in the name of check ups.
My advise is if you have some health issues, please look for a female gynecologist and have her take care of you.
