Pit Bull tears owner Apart But She Insists On Keeping it (18+)

I think government should have the final say in taking decisions when it comes to this madness,  how can you still decide to keep a bull that can harm the owner,  that means nobody is safe including kids.
Most provinces in Canada stopped having pitbulls as pets 2years ago because of serial attacks.
This dog should be put down please.
