The Peel Regional police just sent out an Amber alert of a missing child by name Riya Rajkumar, 11 years old,
The man believed to have kidnapped is her father by name Roopesh Rajkumar 41 years,
He picked her up from school but refused to return the little girl to her mum instead he made some comments about harming his self and the little girl.
He drives a silver Honda civic with plate number #ARBV 598.
His last known location was East bound 401.
