Difference between HND and Bsc Policy In Nigeria

There has always been this silent war between the HND and Bsc holders, Most people don`t even know the difference till date but luckily for The head of civil service of the federation Winifred Oyo-Ita has explained the difference is that the level of entrance between HND and Bsc is the same which is level 08.



But where they stop is the issue as HND holders stop at level 14 and Bsc holders stop at level 17 but If HND holders get other diplomas or certificates they can also move to the 17th level.
