Payless which is one of the good places to get affordable shoes and bags, will be closing by the end of March, Payless ShoeSource owns almost 250 stores in Canada and more than 2500 stores in North America.
It's reported that they just filed for bankruptcy in America and 9 stores will be closing in Ottawa which means over 2400 Canadians are going to lose their jobs by the end of March.
