A young man by name Martin Lateef is contesting a ticket he got for not taking the Sidewalk, Lol
According to Martin he was walking home after visiting a friend but the Sidewalk is yet to be cleared and his friend already had an accident earlier, so he decided to use the main road to avoid hurting himself.
But as he was walking home, the police stopped him and asked if everything was ok, he replied yes and he was asked where are coming from and where are you going and Martin replied that's non of your business officer, the officer wasn't pleased with the response and asked for an id and warned him that refusing to show an id will get him arrested.
Martin showed his id and got a ticket instantly which he is contesting on the basis that the Sidewalk wasn't safe at that time because of ice and the officer gave him the ticket because he didn't disclose where he was coming from or where he was going.
I thought tickets was meant for car owners only... loll
