Buhari's biggest fan who Bala Haruna who promised to swim in the gutter for 10 minutes if Buhari is reelected is dead .
It was reported that he became sick few days later after keeping his promise, he complained of abdominal pains and stooling of blood and was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead later.
Cause of death is gastrointestinal bleeding.
