How To Make Ginger juice and the Benefits...


Ginger is one of the good fruits we have and its very good for our health, I personally use it to make juice especially during winter. 

All you need is Ginger, Dattes, Pineapple, Vannilla flavor and Sugar (if you want).

use juice extractor to grind the ginger, then use blender to bring out more juice from the chaff, then blend the dattes and pinepple, mix all and add flavor at the end.
